this releasing the rapists on probation or light sentences just because they are migrants or because they belong to a particular minority community in europe is very common , including the uk - this is also one of the reasons why right wing is growing rapidly.
when you don’t understand why europe is suddenly becoming right wing one by one and why they are becoming anti immigrant one by one - this is ‘one’ of the reasons.
when people feel threatened, when idiotic far leftists take power and believe crime should not be policed - they just trigger a cycle where people become conservative to protect themselves.
they also trigger something worse before that. vigilante justice.
conservatives will become angry over all migrants and will start attacking everyone regardless of them doing crime and their nationality.
so, the next time when you ask why there’s a growth in right, far right etc., check how your governance failed.
a woman who literally insulted the rapists was forced to spend her time in jail for hurting their sentiments while the actual rapists were let go.
and you think people are not gonna turn far right?

it is important to know that immigrants are very important for any developed nation to grow their country rapidly.
it should aim to suck in the best talented individuals across the globe to come into their society, assimilate and help them grow more.

the problem happens when commies (different from chinese/russian commies who are ultra nationalistic and are rw) take over power due to excessive liberalism.
these far left wing people are anarchists. they seek to destroy power structures to weaken a nation.
they don’t punish crime. they believe in being kind and teaching about reformation to hardened criminals at the cost of the safety of the actual citizens who the state has the sovereign duty to protect.
when the state fails in its job to do so - liberals turn conservative. and far right too.
what does this breed? senseless anti immigrant rhetoric and islamophobia (because the number of erring migrants seem to share a common faith) - the conservatives will forget it’s not the religion - it’s because they are importing in criminals and dumb fools from these nations.
none of the left wing right wing description fits india. none of that actually fits any developing country.
if you think you are a staunch left wing or a staunch right wing like the western countries, you’re an idiot.
you have 100 different caste collective votes to satisfy every 5 years. you have to bridge the ground and do societal good.
plus no matter how left wing you are, if you do not have capitalistic and growth policies - you won’t attract capital investment in your state/country and won’t be able to service your debt or your government for long.
so these straight definitions do not work.
in india, it’s a mix of both. and india is a nanny state. (as it should be to maintain domestic sovereign power)
so don’t confuse both.
