indian doctor associations not just iap - every doctor in those associations are mostly filled with self pretentious arrogant mfkers who only care about themselves and not about the doctor community as a whole.
they care about parties, the extravagant dinners thrown my pharma companies and sponsors in the name of namesake lectures. that’s it. nothing else.
doctors aren’t united at all. it’s the profession where everyone is super self righteous, heavily arrogant that they’re better than the next doctor, heavily cut throat competitive and has the least unity.
even if a section of doctors want to be united, there’ll be another self righteous bunch who’ll be like our duty is to patients.
[a point to revisit: criticism of particular associations and financial incentives needs to be separated from a judgment about an entire profession. the behaviour, the evidence and who is responsible should carry the argument.]
if these high iq zero self preservation aware idiots in our society were united,
they’d not have allowed pseudoscience to creep into medical practice.
they’d not have allowed barbarians to assault doctors.
the minute any of the above two happened, they’d have all stopped working, pulled out -
come on, no. there’s no fundamental right/entitlement to someone else’s labor. the doctors would have said eff your right to health care. you’ve zero right to my labor when you assault me or insult pseudo science to my practice where i’ve passionately learned medicine so hard for so many years to serve patients in an industry which doesn’t pay me top $
no they won’t. because these useless self righteous idiots won’t unite. because there’s always one who’ll chide themselves saying - anyway our duty i to patients and there’s another group who’ll rejoice they can pull someone else’s patients to themselves.
now you see the problem?
i can’t even lobby/support for these idiots or rally support from the public for these idiots, because
1. they don’t even protect their own profession. [i need not expand which pseudo science they’ve allowed to creep into medical practice and whom they allow to call as medical doctors] zero self preservation and zero self respect.
2. every doctor think they’re dr. house. stop that. you need better soft skills when you talk with patients.
3. you’re not united and are ready to cut your fellow doctor’s throats.
i know the reason you’re on social media. i know who’s selling that you need to be an authority figure in social media. all fine. but there are far more important things that requires immediate attention inside medical community.
go fix that.
i always support doctors because they’re first line responders and i have an unwritten rule about respecting that profession.
every society needs them. it’s from first principles.
my criticism exactly comes from the same hard love.
allowing stupid pharma to bully a fellow doctor isn’t sending any message. try stopping all practice, pausing all medical pharma referral to the medical parent company who owns that shit and send a message you self righteous retards. yes, i am addressing dumbfuk pediatricians directly. yes, you.
channel your useless dr house ego into rage and anger and send a powerful message to the pharma brothers who think they brought you like prostitutes by sending you on vacations, parties and wining and dining you.
got angry? thanks. i did my job. now, go do yours to step up for your fellow doctor.
retards.
hey, the definition is simple.
if i am a pharma bro who paid you for referring my medicines, sent you on vacations, wined and dined you on expensive dinners, made it a status symbol to invite you with other famous doctors so that you can “network”, and paid for your parties,
let me tell you in clear terms.
you’re my bitch. i paid for you. now you’ll dance for what money you owe me. you’re the prostitute i paid for.
are you a pharma bro’s bitch?
if not. do this. unite and raise against the pharma companies who bullied your fellow doctor. stop their medicines. send them to zero. zero.
stand up for your fellow doctor.
remember, no one has the right to your labor. no one is entitled to it. eff their right to healthcare. nope. stand for your rights.
[a serious question here: how could doctors protect themselves and organise against coercion while protecting patients who had no part in it? collective action needs to account for who bears its consequences.]
