Capitalism and the politics of activism

Restored from Instagram stories ·

capitalism will always peak. it’s a sword that swings in all ways and i’ve always warned about it.

there’s a reason why i call most ground based activism on certain issues as being useful idiots.

because i’ve seen certain groups activate labor unions to destroy companies which are competitive to them, certain industrial bodies doing it to bring foreign investments to their state instead of the other -

and even an activation of a [trade body] union because an influential’s family relation used something they didn’t want them to use and they decided to shut the entire company/business line down with a protest organized against it. they successfully managed to get it shut down with corporation multiple times and cause huge losses.

i’ve seen all sides. been there. it’ll always win.

like what is europe even doing now? the royalty and the mega rich have conserved their wealth and have brought in policies to ensure that nobody else manages to get rich to challenge them. talk to british banks and you’ll know how many of these banks are disgusted with footballers, sports people and toutubers banking with them.

you’ve no idea.

still doesn’t mean that companies have excellent labor practices. you point me at a company and i’ll sure as hell will find one.

i am highlighting the fact that it’s more often used by competitors/people who don’t wish well.
