we have produced one of the most significant numbers of educated youth from our universities/colleges, but we're having trouble employing them. either we don't have enough investments coming in, or those who're seeking jobs are unskilled enough to be employed.
In the point of effective governance, attracting big companies that can create mass jobs should be the first priority (not startups).
allow free market capital to work and ensure labor departments in every place work effectively to ensure worker rights and rules on layoffs, termination are effectively followed and there are no bonds and employees should be free to move to another company whenever they wish to exchange their skills for a higher compensation anywhere.
for this environment to happen, we need more companies to come here and set up bases and more importantly, manufacturing. eventually training centres will crop up as a business of their own to train the untrained unemployed youth to work in these companies.
more companies and we'll soon hit a point where the availability of this skilled employee becomes a competition. naturally the negotiation table changes in favor of the employees and companies will compete with other companies to provide higher compensation.
this will also result in colleges and universities now offering higher quality courses so they can send their students straight to these companies.
allowing this environment to be nurtured and grow to this position asap should be one of the top policies of the government such that unemployment can be brought down drastically. this takes at least a decade or two to nurture and anything that stops it will scare away anyone who'd want to invest in the place. it will scare them away for a long period of time which will hurt the state more than anything.
it auto-results in fewer crimes, more capital with people to spend on, and other ripple effects that result in a growing economy.
anything else that prevents this from happening should be trampled, snuffed out, and stamped out of existence brutally and immediately. any government should not allow to be held hostage by far left and far right lunatics who do not want society to grow.
as far as they are concerned, everything they put forward as some benefit for humanity has a deeper agenda that only benefits themselves and sows chaos in society.
bear in mind - this is not just a low iq behavior, it is people with high iq purposefully ensuring that the economy of the state and other people who're trying to make their move from poor to middle class should not have a chance to do so.
look at those who're leading those protests. what is their income? what is their day job? how can they afford to do all of these without working on their day job?
if the answer is their privilege can enable them to afford this - you know the rest of the truth.
as science is to the flat earth, economics is to communism.
needless to point out how socially conscious communism is and should be welcomed by everyone. but as far as economics and growth are concerned, they're in dangerous territory for effective governance.

there's this progressive far left who are from the rich background whom we failed to identify for a long time.
they dont have to go for daily jobs or strive to move from poor to middle class like the rest of the population. they use their time to read progressive literature and economic books.
they're well known because they spend their time writing and growing influence with their privilege and being seen everywhere while the rest of us will be working throughout the day.
they'll call them activists, writers, progressive thinkers. they'll do activism so that they can virtue signal that they're fighting for the rights of someone else. they'll tell you - you don't know your rights. you're being subjugated and they're exploiting you. we are your messiah. we'll get you benefits.
what they do is always infantilize the population basically insulting it. they create their own power circle and will negotiate with their own rich peers who own companies. they'll ask them to fund their work, back them, or be favorable to them or they'll cause problems with the power circle they've created. the power circle created by infantilizing regular job people to fight for their rights. they won't fight. they'll ask these infantilized people to fight their fights.
every protest and every fight they create adds to their power. the next company will surrender immediately with the notoriety they've created.
these guys are the new aristocratic class. they don't want people to grow, work hard and become rich. they themselves are rich but they don't want anyone else to become rich. when a population is flourishing, they'll make enough protests to scare investors and companies away so that they can maintain the status quo of people who are without a job.
why is it important for these people to maintain a sizeable population without jobs?
they artificially increase the supply of unemployed youth so that the salaries are driven down and the salary that a skilled labor gets will always remain low when a new company enters. when the population starts flourishing, they come in like thanos to reset the balance again.
you'll find this new aristocrat class penetrate everywhere. activists, internet anti fascist intellectuals, writers, journalists, etc., if you ask them if they've the same union backed protests and activists in the media companies they run, there'll be no answer.
with their selective targetting, this new aristocrat class is also open to being a suspected foreign disruptor.
what are the chances they're not working for a foreign adversary like china who doesnt want to see tn/india as an alternate manufacturing hub for global companies? shouldn't national and state intelligence agencies bring them under investigation for the same?

i believe that labor departments can do a good job in ensuring the rights are protected.
employee led unions for collective bargaining is also awesome.

i was keeping calm so long because i wanted the workers to get whatever the want. it’s upto the company to sort it out. i even did say multiple times the demands of the workers are reasonable.

i know the average salary that a software guy gets paid in a local software company in thiruvananthapuram.
8 year experienced front end developer asked us for a salary that we pay for 1 year experienced or exceptionally experienced fresher engineer in our company.
no companies entered kerala. no competition. median wage became so less since there’s no competition to which employees can go.
no salary to benchmark.
